Text meets AA contrast on all backgrounds, headings follow a logical order, every interactive control is reachable by keyboard with a visible focus state, expandable archive rows report their state to assistive technology, and the site reflows to a single column on small screens without horizontal scrolling.

Some images lack detailed text descriptions. Some archive tables are dense on narrow screens, and PDF documents may not be fully tagged for assistive technology.
